short summary. He was hundreds of miles from her now, but he still felt her lips on his like they'd never left.

There was a hole in his stomach for weeks, begging to be filled with anything, and he didn't even try to mend it. Part of him felt like he deserved it, he gave too much of himself to someone that could so easily shatter him to pieces.
Every head of long brown hair was yelling her name, and he couldn't do a thing to stop the screaming inside his own head. He was hundreds of miles from her now, but he still felt her lips on his like they'd never left.
That familiar ache in his abdomen flared up again, and he groaned louder than ever. He'd said her name again in his head, and he was paying for it. Her face was there in seconds, the tone of her voice, her scent, everything was flooding in, and he was crumbling on a busy street in an even busier city.
If anything, she was his favorite mistake. The one thing that he wanted to regret but couldn't. Even if she couldn't be with him, he'd live with her inside his heart, no matter how much pain it caused.
